Based at our head office in High Wycombe, which could be the next step for a dynamic and motivated professional looking to progress their career within operations.
You'll be responsible for co-ordinating the daily operations of the company's UK tray wash facilities as well as managing our 3rd party hauliers, which will mean regular travel within the UK. In addition, you'll be involved with demand and supply planning, supply chain cost management including external haulage budgets and negotiations, and liaising with some of the UK's premier retail brands to resolve queries when necessary.
Ideally a graduate or equivalent, you'll have gained multi-site management experience, possibly within the retail or food/fresh produce sector and have a good knowledge of stock control, logistics and supply chain cost management. Motivated and energetic, you'll be a strong communicator with people at all levels of business. In addition, you'll be able to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
This position will allow you to get involved in all areas of the business and has the scope to develop within the organisation so a flexible and adaptable approach is needed.
