LOCATION: Seaton , Rutland ( commutable from Northampton, Corby, Leicester or Peterborough)
JOB TITLE: Practice Manager
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 Dependent upon experience and level of qualification.
WORKING HOURS:9.00am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday (please note that from time to time you may be required to work outside of these hours, to fit with client needs.)
THE COMPANY:Our client based in Seaton, Rutland are a chartered Financial Planning firm and pride themselves on being able to provide a planning service built on honesty, professionalism and integrity. Specialising in investment, retirement and tax planning, whilst providing an integrated financial planning solution that covers all areas of the financial world. They are now looking for a Practice Manager to join their dedicated team.
THE ROLE: The role of Practice Manager is to oversee the smooth running of the Paraplanning Team and the day-to-day functionality of the business. There is a heavy focus on the management of compliance and you will also be required to provide technical and paraplanning support.
You will be based at our clients office in Seaton,Rutland. Commutable from Northampton, Corby Leicester or Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team and company compliance
• Plan writing and research
• Direct client relationship management with 'Private Banking Clients'
• Adviser compliance and adviser relationship management
• Overseeing the work of the Paraplanning Team and delegating tasks as required
• The provision of technical support and training to junior team members
• Establish and carry out departmental or organisational goals, policies and procedures
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the role of Practice Manager will posses a Diploma in Financial Planning (or higher) and will have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role.
Key experience essential for the role:
• Diploma in Financial Planning (or higher) essential
• Minimum of 18 months experience as a Practice Manager or similar role
• Live within a commutable distance of Seaton, Rutland (commutable from Northampton,Corby, Leicester or Peterborough)
