Part-Time HR Administrator
Permanent - 3 days per week (21 hours per week)
£18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per annum, pro rata
retailTRUST is the National Charity that exists to improve the wellbeing of all involved in retail. Our support centres not only assist those in the sector but also serves the local and wider communities. Our range of services include a free confidential helpline, counselling services and hardship grants as well as supporting career opportunities and retirement housing.
retailTRUST are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator, based at our Derby Estate to join the small HR team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for all the department's administration activity and will be the first point of contact for all HR queries. The role will include involvement in all aspects of the full employee life cycle, such as recruitment, on-boarding, raising contracts of employment and change of employment conditions, system management, updating employee files and supporting the HR Manager on various projects.
The ideal individual will have previous experience of working within an HR administration role and will be a self-starter. The successful applicant will enjoy working as part of a small team, be driven, proactive and possess excellent organisational skills. The HR Administrator must be flexible, with the ability to travel to other sites when necessary. Previous experience of implementing a new HR database is desirable as well as experience of Miracle People.
