Tyre Fitter HGV / Commercial Vehicle, Great Dunmow

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HGV / Commercial Tyre Technician based at Protyre’s Great Dunmow centre.

Protyre are looking for a qualified Tyre Technician with experience working specifically on heavy goods vehicles.

As a HGV / Commercial Tyre Technician your duties will include:
* Working at Protyre’s Commercial Customer’s premises to fit or repair tyres when required
* Complete work to a high standard
* Removal and refit components and carry out related adjustments
* Support your Manager by adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
* Maintain good house-keeping routines
* Providing our client’s customers with expert customer care

Skills and Experience Required for the Role of HGV / Commercial Tyre Technician
* Knowledge of car and truck tyres, and trained in roadside breakdown would be an advantage
* You will need to be organised and have good customer service skills
* You will need to have a full and valid UK driving licence
* You should have a flexible and positive approach
* You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team

Hours and Rewards
As a HGV / Commercial Tyre Technician, you will work 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12.30pm on Saturday on a rota basis. There is a salary on offer of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum.
