Part Time Secretary Customer Services Administrator ( 5 Mornings to include Sat AM)
Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to carry out secretarial and customer service duties.Our client represents customer's companies, by answering calls on their behalf, as well as performing secretarial tasks and duties.
The prospective employee will be required to answer calls, representing the company of our customers. They will be briefed and provided an overview relating to each of these customers including as how to direct the different calls that may be received, potentially processing orders too.
The use and display of initiative is essential within such a role, whereby calls will not always follow one specific protocol. The prospective employee, will also be expected to perform administrative tasks, such as but not limited to, updating spreadsheets and creating invoices.
