Responsible for: Ensuring efficient and effective support is provided as below.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customers Services Support
·Daily support as required to the Administration Assistant.
·Manage the Customer Services Office and team.
·Communication with relevant supply division as required.
·Ensure required feed back to customers is completed within the set time frames.
·Use of the relevant computer programs to process the above.
·Cover other duties within the team where holidays and sickness occur.
·Producing and sending weekly reports to relevant customers
·Running daily reports managing despatched product
·Communication with relevant production divisions and managers as required.
·Provide managers with productivity data, customer analysis
·Processing of weekly payroll data for the laundry and sterile divisions using the Kronos Time and Attendance system and providing reports where necessary
·Produce productivity data on a weekly basis.
·Produce & Maintain Monthly reports
·Documentation and Staff records
·Maintain & Update training records
·Maintain & Update Holiday records
·General administration assistance to laundry managers.
Operations Manager Support
·Prepare reports and letters for customers and others as required.
·Support diary arrangements.
·Create and analysis specific customer data as required.
·Other general office duties required.
·Maintain order fulfilment data.
·Support main reception activities
·Raise Purchase orders
·Support internal and external post
·Meet and greet visitors and ensure health & safety procedures are observed.
·Communicate the arrival of visitors to the relevant personal.
