Our client operates one of the largest and most advanced window and door manufacturing facilities in the UK. Over recent years the company has experienced continued growth so their success means they now require additional talented individuals to join their sales team.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Development Manager covering England and Wales who will efficiently grow the revenue & profit of commercial sales in line with the

agreed budgets and business plan whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of our client and not exposing the company to any undue risks.

You will positively contribute to a unified and dynamic sales & marketing team, maximising profit and cash generation through effective planning, budgeting and delivery of sales revenue targets for all allocated existing commercial customers and new business that meets the company’s’ criteria. Working hand in hand with the established commercial team, you’ll liaise closely with the sales director to develop an unrivalled added value commercial sales proposition and have responsibility for translating this into profitable growth in their sub-sectors. Through their business development managers, you will also to work with their trade customers who operate in the commercial sector developing and agreeing sales & marketing plans for each, identifying new clients and opportunities thus creating pull-through for our client’s products. With responsibility for providing regular accurate sales and product mix forecasts, the successful Commercial Development Manager will be a key member of the team with an aim of delivering first class quality, service and support. You’ll engage with installer companies, contractors, developers, specifiers and offsite manufacturers throughout England & Wales that meet their strict criteria.

The successful Commercial Development Manager will ideally have knowledge of the fenestration market in England and Wales, will be self-motivated, ambitious and a strong negotiator coupled with good networking skills.
