THE ROLE: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
The role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of my client's digital marketing strategy and transformation to maximise revenue potential and drive sales of our products and services
Key Responsibilities to include: - Senior Digital Marketing Manager Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

• Develop a clear strategy for gathering customer data on various digital channels
• Lead the development and implementation of robust segmentation and email marketing
• Drive the implementation of digital brand strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of an omni-channel strategy to improve customer experience
• Deputise for the Head of Marketing Communications and support marketing colleagues around the world
• Oversee the development of effective agency relationships
• Regularly review our digital tools and systems
• Develop new capability and processes in digital marketing for new initiatives
• Facilitate the learning needs of the wider Marketing Communications team.

Key Experience preferred for the role: - Senior Digital Marketing Manager Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Essential

• Graduate level or equivalent
• Expert experience in email marketing and working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords
• Expert experience in digital marketing campaign planning and implementation
• Proven experience leading large scale digital marketing campaigns (at least GBP100,000)
• Proven record in building a successful digital brand, leading to business growth
• Experience in web/mobile projects roadmap development
• Dynamic and motivated leader with the ability to lead change and influence effectively
• Strong strategic planning skills across all online channels
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, highly numerate
• Proven experience working within challenging deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Ability to prioritise in a complex environment

Desirable

• A digital marketing qualification would be beneficial
• Ability to facilitate workshops to gather requirements
• Ecommerce experience
• Experience in the delivery of mobile concepts (app or web)
