About the Internal Verifier / Lecturer Veterinary Nursing role

The Veterinary Nursing division is recruiting for a full time member of staff to join their busy team – they are looking for an Internal Verifier / Lecturer to teach and provide practical support for our VN courses (level 2, 3, 4 and 5).

The post of Internal Verifier/ Lecturer will be responsible for conducting internal verification of assessment practice across the College’s veterinary nursing provision in addition to delivering effective teaching, learning and assessment. As an RVN lecturer you will be able to inspire and motivate our students and make a significant contribution to our successful vocational programmes.

Delivering the best possible experience to students through consistently good and outstanding teaching standards, this important role is hugely pivotal to ensure students gain excellent vocational and academic skills and consistently improve their personal, social and employability skills.

What we’re looking for in our Internal Verifier / Lecturer Veterinary Nursing

The successful candidate will be dedicated and highly organised. The role requires someone who is a good communicator with IV experience in the Veterinary Nursing training industry, flexible in their approach and competent with IT.

The candidate should hold an Internal Verification qualification, a Veterinary Nursing qualification and ideally a degree in a related subject.
