That said, this firm has had a presence in the Yorkshire market for over 200 years and they are absolutely committed to providing unrivalled support to businesses across the region and beyond.

The Construction Litigation Team, within the Litigation and Regulatory Group, forms an essential part of the practice sector team and covers the Infrastructure, Construction and Transport sectors, offering specialist contractual and business advice to the construction, engineering and associated industries, both nationally and internationally.  The team deals with claims by international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, expert determination or mediation and provides dispute management.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptional Construction Litigation team within one of the world's largest and most dynamic firms.  Following significant reinvestment in the team, significant organic growth and further projected growth, our client is seeking to recruit a number of Associates and Senior Associates to be based in their Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds offices. The roles will focus on involvement in high value and complex construction/engineering disputes. The workload will be primarily domestic, but there are also opportunities for involvement in international work. The caseload will predominately relate to high value infrastructure projects.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years PQE.  You will also possess a good academic background. Relevant Construction litigation experience is obviously essential. You will, preferably, be familiar with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts and possess excellent communication skills.   Applicants will be committed to establishing and maintaining client relations and delivering a comprehensive service to help them conduct their business.  This firm provides the highest levels of support, ongoing training and opportunities to ensure your success.
