Customer Service Executive

Our Financial Services client, based in Cardiff, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to work as part of the customer service team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting both new and existing customers with their queries and discussing other relevant products and services where appropriate.
Previous Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment is essential and extensive further training will be provided. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and possess a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
