HR Coordinator / Administrator

Location: West Byfleet, Surrey 

Salary: £25,000 Per annum 

Reports to: HR & Recruitment Manager

Responsible for: Ensure an efficient and professional HR Administration and HR Service throughout the company under the direction of the HR & Recruitment Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

Starters & Leavers:

  • TUPE Mobilisations & De-Mobilisations:
  • DBS checks & renewals
  • Training & Development ensuring all paper work is correct

Sickness / Maternity / Paternity Absence:

  • Recruitment


  • Represent HR on RBM conference calls as and when required
  • To promote effective and professional communications (verbal and written) at all times
  • To handle all matters discreetly and efficiently ensuring confidentiality as appropriate
  • To keep your Line Manager informed about any matters may require police or procedure review or that are of a serious nature
  • To carry out any other reasonable request or duty as requested 

Experience / Qualifications: 

  • Need to have relevant experience in HR, CIPD or equivalent qualification or working toward qualification.
  • Have dealt with TUPE, Disciplinaries & Grievances at all levels. 


  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Death in service cover
  • Pension match up to 3%
  • Private Medical cover after 6 months.
