My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a luxury new build project in Petersfield.
Candidates will be experienced in overseeing bespoke property development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that health & safety is adhered to at all times.
- Ensuring the project runs to speed and program.
- Managing direct trades staff and specialist sub-contractors.
In order to be eligible for the role candidates need to possess the following qualifications:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
