Sales / Marketing / Customer Service Representative

Sales, Marketing, Telesales and Events staff are sought to join this rapidly expanding sales company based in Leeds.

Title: Sales and Marketing Representative
Location: Leeds
Salary: £14k - £18k basic, plus commission, OTE up to £40k
Benefits: Weekly pay, cash incentives, annual staff trips

The organisation supplies energy efficient orangeries, garden pods, conservatories etc. to a wide customer base. They've been established since 1986, and have huge growth plans for the future. It's a £100,000 a week turnover business; on the retail side alone.

No experience is needed - however any experience in Direct Sales, Hospitality, Marketing, Events, Retail or Customer Services would be beneficial.

The organisation is undergoing a huge refurb, including launching a call-centre which will house 30+ telesales staff, and recruiting a marketing & events team. As part of this period of growth, they are looking for a core team of ambitious individuals to progress into more senior positions as the company grows.

They are now seeking outgoing, ambitious and hard-working individuals to join their direct sales team. Visiting potential customers, you'll be promoting an award winning range of solar products and services.

As a Sales and Marketing Representative you will be responsible for the following:
-Selling a range of energy efficient products
-Visiting potential customers in their homes
-Following up on sales leads
-Working to sales targets

The ideal Sales and Marketing Representative will possess the following:
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to work to sales targets
-An ambitious, determined working attitude
-The ability to communicate with a range of individuals
