Within the role, you will support people moving from a low secure setting or out of the area, into their own flat, working with individuals to build confidence, develop skills and enable independence.
Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs is not essential – they provide full training and support from day one and their main priority is employing the right people. All that they ask is that you are resilient, hardworking and capable of working under pressure whilst having a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities.
