Based close to Manchester Airport, our client is very well located - close to major motorways networks (M56 and M60), or a 7 min walk to the closest tram stop. This is a multi-award winning call centre and we haven’t come across one like it before now. The team has grown from 16 to over 90 today and it is still growing. They are looking for the cream of the crop - telesales agents hungry for success and determined to earn a great commission… to which there is no limit. OTE earnings alone are £30,700 and we did not meet anybody taking home less than £40,000. Why? Because the targets are realistic and achievable; the teams are friendly and supportive; the working environment is open and relaxed; BUT everyone is focused and driven towards success. Once you start here, you will not want to leave, with some agents having been here for 20 years plus.

THE ROLE:

This is a target-driven telesales environment. Pure and simple. You will be on an automatic outbound dialler system, calling members of the public and potential customers, introducing them to a range of digital packages and explaining why a switch would be beneficial to them. You will know how to sell, you’ll understand objection handling and you will above all, be motivated to succeed. The teams here form very close bonds and you will work together to hit weekly SLAs. However, you will also have your own realistic, individual target and be expected to hit that too. We observed a daily team session and it was outstanding. Everyone was clearly engaged and supportive to colleagues.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our ideal candidate will already be a self-motivated sales executive / telesales agent who is unashamedly driven by success and a strong desire to earn great money. If you have worked in tough, face-to-face sales environments, or target-driven telesales call centres - then we want to hear from you. If you have no previous sales experience, but believe this is the challenge you’ve been waiting for, then you should still apply. A can-do attitude and strong desire to succeed are absolutely essential. This company employs people from all walks of life, including a former public servant (prison service) with no previous sales experience who recently won a major company award. Did we mention that you will receive a guaranteed commission for the first three months as well?
