Do you have excellent Customer Service experience? Our Financial Services client, based in Cardiff, are currently seeking to recruit a number of Customer Service professionals to work within the customer service team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting both new and existing customers with their bank account queries and discussing other relevant products and services where appropriate.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have previously worked within a contact centre or customer service role. To apply for this role, you should also be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, as well as excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
You must be flexible to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Mon-Sun. As this is working within the financial services industry you must be able to pass a credit check in order to be successful.
