Salary £16k p.a. + commission + 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Our client is a small family-run broking business who has identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their rapidly growing company.

This fantastic role has uncapped commission and the unique ability to build a pipe-line up so no more horrible starting again on 0 at the start of the month.

The role
As Telesales Executive your role will be fast paced & dynamic and your daily responsibilities will include:
• Making contact with existing clients who have lapsed within the last 12 months and ensuring to rebuild an excellent working relationship with them
• Identifying new business opportunities, gaining leads and building up a strong portfolio to underwriting stage ready to be passed over to the relevant department
• Ensuring to strive to meet the set sales target of 3 deals per month

Who are we looking for?
• Experience in Telesales is advantageous, direct client phone experience is essential
• Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, ambitious and results driven individual who can work autonomously combined with working as part of a team

• Excellent commission structure
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
