Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with some SEN experience? Would you like to work with a mix of SEN and mainstream students in a mainstream school? This is your chance to do just that with the following exciting opportunity.

Our client is looking for an experienced LSA for a full time post to start in December. Your duties will include spending a few hours per week working on a 1:1 basis with a student with Cerebral Palsy. The rest of your time will be spent working with a wide range of students at KS3 and 4, on subjects such as Art, Maths (entry level) and various project work.

Experience working with Cerebral Palsy would be advantageous but it not essential as full training is available.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced LSA to gain experience working with Cerebral Palsy or for somebody experienced in Cerebral Palsy to gain some experience working with mainstream students.

Our client are a smaller than average sized mixed secondary school in the Colchester area who were rated Good in all areas on their last Ofsted Inspection. It is one of the top performing non-selective state schools in the area and has a specialism in modern foreign languages and business.

Please send your CV to Greg Burns. Greg is our dedicated SEN Consultant and will be happy to guide you through each step of the process from your application
