An established Manufacturer are currently recruiting for the role of Recruitment Manager to join their team based in Wolverhampton.

The company have grown from strength to strength over the last 4 years and looking for an experienced recruitment/HR professional to lead further growth and ensure high quality recruitment is achieved.

Day to day duties will include:

Working with the Operations Manager to design an assessment and interview process for new recruits

Liaising with external recruiters and ensuring high quality candidates are being submitted and providing feedback.

Driving the companies social media as a candidate attraction tool

Selling the company vision and job role to the interested candidates

Writing engaging job profiles to attract new talent

Engaging with local universities and training providers to attract apprentices and graduates

Taking control of the end to end recruitment process

Ensuring that all new starters are welcomed into the business and inducted into the business

Developing, implementing and maintaining a staff retention strategy

Managing HR projects

Pre-screening of all candidates

Monitoring employee leave and absence management

Working with departmental managers to forward plan recruitment needs

Conducting exit interviews

The ideal candidate will have:

A background of recruitment/HR within manufacturing

An understanding of job role and person specs within the manufacturing arena

Ideally a member of CIPD

Experience of dealing with high volume recruitment

Experience of working with psychometric profiling

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages

Great people skills and man-management experience

Great interview skills, the ability to put candidates at ease whilst obtaining the information you need

A calm and professional manner

Self-motivation and analytical abilities
