One of my wonderful SEN schools are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate LSA to join their supportive and friendly team as soon as possible. Your role will mainly involve supporting young people who have various additional needs such as SLD, MLD, PMLD, ESBD and ASD aged between 3 -19 years old.

As part of the schools drive to promote teaching and learning, to challenge pupils and raise attainment they are specific on the individual they are wishing to attract. You will be an experienced LSA with a calm temperament and have a passion for special educational needs. The young people within the school do range from moderate to severe, so an ability to work with challenging behaviour is desirable.

As I am the dedicated SEN Specialist here at Randstad Education, I work closely with various SEN Schools within Devon & Cornwall, supporting over 50 Teachers & TA's with their search for short term, long term and permanent job opportunities. I am extremely passionate about what I do and ensure to provide a professional and friendly approach to both my clients and candidates at all times.
