An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our client, a market leader in the washroom refurbishment sector.

Playing a key role within the business, as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer installations and projects. 

Working alongside Contractors, you’ll undertake site surveys, obtain approval for manufacturing drawings and co-ordinate the activities of site installation teams. Liaising with contacts from a variety of trades, you’ll ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and is completed to the best possible quality. 

Additionally, you’ll produce invoices for completed works, finalise accounts and ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the standard of service provided. 

To be considered for this role, you must have a background in the building industry. Equally important are your strong communication and leadership skills. 

As a Contracts Manager, you must be highly organised and customer focused with superb leadership and planning abilities.
