If you’re an M&E engineer looking for your next challenge, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career with a forward-thinking business.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for performing a range of installation, repairs and maintenance activities.

In this diverse role, you’ll install and carry out mechanical repairs on all plant, machinery, equipment and buildings across our client’s site.

You will assist with machinery controls, programming and PLC related requirements. Additionally, you’ll manage small scale engineering, facility and packaging projects and help to train new employees.

To be considered, you must have:

- Previous experience as an electrical and mechanical engineer
- Experience in the packing and/or electrical industry

Confident and enthusiastic, as a Maintenance Engineer, you must be able to work well, both alone and in a team. You must also have good communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Please note, the current working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week, 7:45 – 16:45, Monday – Thursday, and 7:45 – 12:30 Friday. You may occasionally be required to work on Saturdays, 8:00 – 12:00.

Our client may be awarded more work in the future. If this happens, your working hours will change to rotational shifts of 6:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00, so flexibility towards working hours is required.
