Travel Sales Agent / Telesales Executive

Our client requires Sales Agents to join their established travel company. You will use your product knowledge, personality and expert customer service to switch sell and upsell associated extras to customers who have made enquiries online.
You will maximise sales and cross sales on both inbound and outbound calls.
The majority of enquiries will be direct reservation calls and approximately 30% of calls will be outbound warm sales leads.
No cold calling.

Using your customer service, sales experience and telephony skills, you will achieve and exceed sales targets. The role will also involve excellent time management and focus, in order to manage calls and leads.

You will work rotating shifts (early and late) during the operating hours of Monday to Friday 9am until 10pm,Saturday 9am until 9pmSunday 10am until 9pm.

An annual leave of 25 days can be taken flexibly, allowing greater time off during quieter seasons. Our Sales Agents work longer hours during busy seasons to maximise their uncapped commission bonus.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of working to and meeting targets
  • The ability to identify customer needs
  • Good influencing and communication skills
  • Commitment to shift patterns including weekends and evening work
