An opportunity has arisen to join our small, busy team within Soundings Audiobooks, a division of ULPB, publisher and distributor of large print and unabridged audio books worldwide.
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support as follows:
• Answering the telephone and taking customer orders
• Generating and submitting invoices
• Producing of reports
• Updating and maintaining the database and filing systems
• Processing purchase invoices and requesting payments
• Checking stock levels and maintaining and ordering office stationary
• Liaising with Accounts departments
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative role, be confident with using MS Office, and have good organisation skills and an excellent telephone manager. 12 Month Contract.
