V12 Retail Finance, a specialist retail finance provider with expertise in eFinance, is part of Secure Trust Banking Group. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. 

If you are looking to develop a customer service career and gain valuable experience, this is an amazing opportunity as you’ll be provided with all the training and direct support you need to ensure that you can succeed. 

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be trained to act as a front line point of contact for customers. 

Once trained, you will deliver a first class level of service to all customers and carry out a variety of supporting admin tasks. 

You’ll be working within a lively, vibrant office environment where there are plenty of recognition schemes and a great package to keep you motivated. 

Putting customer service at the forefront of everything you do, you’ll deal with inbound and outbound calls, as well as dealing with, and distributing, incoming mail. You’ll take payments from customers, resolve general enquiries and carry out various admin regarding closed accounts, debt management, IVA and bankruptcy.
