We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the office of a friendly and well run secondary school in Leeds with an immediate start.
The position will last for the remainder of the year and hours can be flexible.
This position is for a School Administrator who has experience working with school or college IT packages (this particular package is Progresso). We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in a school/college or university environment. You may have worked previously a bursar, in a pastoral role or as an exams officer.
To be considered for this role you will need:
To be able to combine your administration experience and IT knowledge to ensure smooth running and organise day-to-day school procedures and have excellent interaction skills with both staff and pupils
Experience with Progresso Software is essential.
This role includes:
Work on the school's system for data entry
Handle telephone calls with sensitivity and confidence
You will expected to provide a full range of admin skills
