The Stephen Perse Foundation is an ambitious, innovative, forward thinking independent day school based in Cambridge for pupils aged 3 -18.
The following exciting opportunity has arisen within the Foundation -
Estates Manager- Cambridge
To ensure the efficient management, development and operational running of the Estates department in support of the Foundation, including the direct management of the estates team.
We expect you to work those hours reasonably required to suitably discharge the duties and responsibilities of your role. Our expectation is subject only to any current statutory limitations. We already reflect this expectation in your remuneration.
Your seniority and autonomy is such that we expect you to exercise your professional judgement to determine your own working hours.
However, you must normally work no less than 37.5 hours per week, on average.
The Salary for this role is L1 £40,935 - L4 £44,082 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
