The role

Resourcing and growing talent has always been a cornerstone to the success of our company and as such plays a key role both now and into the future. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and uncompromising in their pursuit of engaging and securing the best talent for our business.

You will need to communicate persuasively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining great relationships. There is also a need for clear structure and processes associated with delivering in this role, so you need to be comfortable working accurately and at pace.

- Develop best practice implementation and strategies for engaging with and hiring talent
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver top quality candidate experience for all applicants
- Track talent metrics and take appropriate actions to drive continuous improvement
- Own and develop Social Media presence - specifically targeted at recruitment and talent
- Own and develop partnership/relationship with preferred agencies and suppliers
- Partner and coach hiring managers on selection methods and tools
- Track and monitor recruitment spend against budget
- Own internal resourcing; develop and implement succession planning process and tools
- Graduate Programme; recruit for Graduate Programme and act as one of the main sponsors throughout

Desired Skills and Experience

- +3 years Resourcing / Talent experience; Professional Services, Technology, Media or similar sector
- Evidence of implementing and delivering a range of selection methods / tools; coaching and training others in their use
- Multi-site experience; preferably including Europe
- Proven ability to use Social Media to engage and develop candidate relationships
- Strong influencing skills
