Are you a graduate or early-career developer looking for an exciting role in a tech-led company? This innovative company has an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious developer.

They are a fast-growing company with a market-leading web and mobile app. Their friendly and high-calibre team are challenging norms, delivering innovation, and winning prestigious awards to prove it. Software development is at the heart of their business, and they've got a Joel Test score of around 11.5.

In this role, you'll join the growing development team, working on their web and mobile app. You'll be given real responsibility from day one, and with the support of your colleagues and the tech director, you'll help turn ideas into successful app features, which will be used by thousands of users each day.

You must be a proficient developer - proven either through commercial experience, or by working on independent projects. You'll be given the opportunity to advance your skills and knowledge, whilst contributing to the success of the company.

Your responsibilities:

- Supporting colleagues to design, develop and deploy new features across web and mobile apps
- Diagnosing and resolving software bugs
- Supporting the wider company with ad-hoc development requests

You should have:

- A passion for technology and software development
- A hands-on approach, a thirst for knowledge, and the drive to deliver
- A great eye for detail
- Competency in at least one programming language. Experience in Microsoft .net, Swift, Java (Android) and/or Javascript would be particularly welcome, as would working knowledge of HTML+CSS.

This role is ideal for a graduate with a relevant degree, or the next move for an ambitious junior developer.

The benefits package is excellent and includes a generous salary, funding for training, 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays) and private health care. The team is very friendly and welcoming, and they run a number of regular events including summer BBQs, bake-offs, 10k runs and even muddy wild warrior events (optional!).
