Identifies and drives initiatives to improve service delivery quality and business productivity that align with the Business Strategy.Responsible for optimising the service delivery value stream using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Identifies, defines, and researches issues of potential strategic importance and implements action plans to achieve targeted improvements. Responsible for statistical analysis of highly complex business processes.

Essential Job Functions

·Works in conjunction with the Operations teams to identify, prioritize and implement improvement initiatives that are aligned to the IMS strategy

·Responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives, which includes leading Kaizen events, serving as project leader, and acting as a central liaison for initiative resources and stakeholders.

·Serves as change management lead to facilitate acceptance and compliance with Operations teams in Europe.Create communications, training, and measures to assess impact of change implementations.

·Monitors specific, key activities of the IMS Operations teams across Europe as established by the Managing Director to ensure specific targets and objectives are met. Identifies and surfaces crucial factors affecting the profitability and performance of service operations and develops and recommends strategies to drive needed changes.

·Work closely with EMEA Operations teams to ensure consistency in the measurements and business processes between each service area.

·Other duties as assigned.




·Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields

·Significant experience in Operations analysis, Reliability / Productivity Engineer, or equivalent experience.

·Six Sigma Black belt or Equivalent.

·Previous experience in a Service Organisation is desired.

·Knowledge and proven experience with business best-practice methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, RCM, etc.).

·Proven ability to work at all levels in an organization and drive change.

·Demonstrated ability to develop and analyse complicated financial and/or operational data.

·Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

·Advanced computer skills.Ability to use MS Office, business systems and Project Management Programmes to gather and analyse complex data.

·Ability to coordinate and lead projects.Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
