Scaffolding Instructor / Assessor - £33,300 up to £39,000 per annum
Training 2000 is a charitable trust set up by a consortium of Lancashire businesses and is now one of the largest Group Training Associations in England, with over 50 years' experience of delivering high quality work-based learning and training programmes to industry and individuals. We have grown to more than 250 staff and 6 centres across the North West and other areas of the UK, working with national employers across a wide range of sectors, whilst maintaining local support.
A vacancy has arisen within the Scaffolding department for a Scaffolding Instructor/Assessor.
About the role of Scaffolding Instructor / Assessor :
You will primarily be responsible for the delivery and assessment of CISRS Scaffolding courses (both Commercial and Government Funded).
You will be required to design, develop and deliver creative learning programmes, schemes of work, lesson plans and materials to deliver high quality structured learning sessions to meet learner and customer needs and programme specifications.
Requirements:
This position requires a self-motivated and effective team player who possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
A teaching/assessor qualification, although not essential, would be a definite advantage. However training can be provided.
Applicants must have held an Advanced Scaffolding card for a minimum of five years. Experience within a supervisory or team leader role would also be desired.
A driver’s licence is essential to this role, as some travel may be involved.
