This world leading mail specialist has an exciting opportunity available for a full time, permanent, Billing Clerk/Executive to join the Finance team based in their Heathrow office.

Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, the function of this role is to prepare and raise invoices to customers alongside dealing with customer queries regarding invoices.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Processing incoming customers' jobs and verify the amounts, services and customers' accounts are correctly booked in our systems
- Dealing with customers enquiries and raising subsequent credit notes if required
- Raising and coding the invoices and credit notes onto the correct Nominal Codes in the financial system to ensure accuracy of the monthly P&Ls
- Assisting with any filing, data entry, classification that might be required by the billing supervisor
- Ensuring timeliness of the month end and year end procedures

Suitable applicants will also require accurate data entry skills, will be self-motivated with strong organisational ability and a good command of the English language both written and oral.
