Hotel Receptionist - based in Germany
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join this renowned branded Hotel Group in Germany, located at one of their properties based in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Munich.
Our client is a Singapore company that has grown to be the world's largest international serviced residence owner-operator. It has over 29,000 operating serviced residence units in key cities of the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, as well as over 18,000 units which are under development, making a total of more than 48,000 units in over 300 properties.
The Role of Receptionist
We are recruiting for a confident, customer focused Receptionist to work in one of our client’s Front Office Teams in Germany. Our client has possible opportunities in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich.
The Protel reservation system is their global front office system where full training is provided along with a whole lot of other training, development and promotion opportunities.
The business operates seven days a week and 365 days a year and the department works on an early (7-3) or late (3-11) shift basis. Night shifts are available also.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the property and therefore we must ensure we offer a warm welcome, providing information, listening carefully to their requests and comments and ensures the comfort and safety of guests and visitors
To be successful for the role of Receptionist, you will need the following attributes:
• You will have already worked in a customer service facing role
• You want to work for a global company that offers the opportunity to grow, develop and move within our global portfolio.
• Your German and English language skills must be fluent
• You are eligible to live and work in the EU without restriction

With free relocation accommodation provided for the first 28 days and a competitive annual salary of 21,000 to 24,000 Euros.
