Office Administrator - £ (negotiable)
We are looking for a hard working IT literate individual to join our busy office team in Bristol (BS5). The successful candidate will need to learn how to use our back office system Prima Software to help fulfil duties such as:
IMPORTANT: This role will also involve debtor chasing so a confident but polite telephone manner is essential.
- Purchase invoice processing
- Arrange customer returns with suppliers
- Process supplier and customer credits
- Liaise with suppliers over invoice queries
- Send customers copy sales invoices when requested
- Put on some sales orders for the sales managers where appropriate
- Other administrative duties as required
