Junior Sales executive is needed for this growing and successful product marketing agency to be based in their office in Burgess Hill - West Sussex. They specialises in product sampling and brand promotion. They have a unique offering that brings exciting new products and offers to the desks of employees across the UK. With an established and growing network of over 2 million consumers, they are already working with some of the UK's leading brands. Having established a firm foothold in the UK they're looking to build upon our success and accelerate growth in the UK and into overseas territories.

Brands love the innovations they're bringing to product sampling and their Community of office workers love the free products they send to their offices for them to try.

Where you come in:

As they come into the next phase of growth you'll play a key role in developing the size and reach of their Community. Primarily recruiting new companies into the network. You'll be responsible for identifying and approaching the appropriate individuals in suitable companies, introducing them to our free service and registering them to become gemsatwork Ambassadors.

About you:

You'll be a natural at building relationships and striking up rapport. You'll be savvy and be able to demonstrate initiative to make things happen and keen to develop your sales career.

The successful candidate(s) will demonstrate:

> Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
> Experience in selling over the telephone or in providing a high level of customer service
> A history of working towards and achieving individual and group targets
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office
> Any knowledge or experience of marketing principles and methods is desirable but not essential
