 To plan and deliver activities that stimulate and support innovation in e-learning with a particular emphasis on teaching and raising participation
 Ensure all learners are provided with a VC log in
 To plan, develop and support systems for managing learner progress and improving engagement and achievement
 To plan, develop and support systems which contribute to the quality assurance process
 To support and develop VC content and apply and implement VC applications to meet business needs
 To promote awareness of pedagogical uses of e-learning through the application of key teaching and learning methodologies
 To develop the institutional skill base and lead and deliver staff development programmes that promote innovative and effective teaching and learning
 To provide instructional activities and support which increase learner skills and competency in relation to digital literacy
 To support and mentor staff to ensure technologies and learning materials are used effectively and integrated into mainstream practice
 To assist in the evaluation of services, products and practices through reviews and research and provide recommendations for deployment
 To take the lead on e-system or other developments as identified by Novus Cambria or stakeholder priorities
 To work with key providers, participating in peer support and professional networks
 To work with external partners regionally and nationally and contribute to the formulation of working practices and strategies
 To support priorities and strategic aims and contribute to quality assurance
