Our client, is currently recruiting for a Projects Director to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to provide high-level direction to operational improvement and project delivery in a number of key areas of our client's on-going systems and operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Projects Director will complement the strategic leadership and governance of the CEO and the Leadership Team.

We are therefore looking for a Strategic Projects Director to manage a diverse range of high-level initiatives to drive significant improvement in our client's functionality and contribute to sustainable growth of the organisation.

a. Perform a full systems review to identify key areas of operations which require development and design
b. Establish plans and procedures for the implementation of new systems and manage the processes for driving forward their introduction to ensure improved functionality
c. Project management of a variety of high-level tasks.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

-Supporting the team in the implementation of ???Salesforce???, a new CRM database
-Developing and planning the implementation of a full cost recovery model
-Investigating and proposing an appropriate programme management information and monitoring system
-Developing an internal programme planning and development process prior to approval
-Identifying gaps in the organisation???s due diligence and supporting the introduction or adaptation of appropriate policies and procedures
-Supporting the CEO with governance and any other projects identified as key to driving growth and sustainability
