This manufacturer converts and distributes thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) for barcoding and labelling applications to customers around the world.

They are currently seeking a Spanish speaking customer service person, who can provide a customer experience at the point of purchase and ensure the customer's needs are fulfilled.

You will be responsible for:

- Order processing, ensuring customers receive their goods on time.
- Customer contact via email and telephone.
- Handling complaints from customers.
- Liaising with production to ensure goods leave on time.

Other languages, particularly German, French or Italian would be an advantage but not essential.

Key skills required for this position are:

- Must be fluent both oral and written in Spanish.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for building excellent relationships at all levels.
- Be able to display the capability for providing a consistently high level of customer service.
- A positive approach, flexibility and a willingness to "go the extra mile".
- Treating all customers with respect, always trying to understand and act on their needs.
- Taking initiative and working with others to achieve results.
- Looking for ways to do things better for the customers.
