Junior Account Manager – Telecommunications Solutions 
Manchester, Greater Manchester 
£18,000 Basic (OTE £24,000) Plus Pension, Work Nights Out, Breakfast Each Morning, 2x10 Minute Additional Breaks, 5pm Finish on Fridays (with beers and wine!), Xbox and Mini Golf During Working Hours, 23 Days’ Holiday + 1 Day Off on Your Birthday

Our client is an independent and leading provider of next generation telecommunications solutions. They are now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class service to a number of our client’s existing corporate and reseller accounts. 

Working in-line with the account development plan, you’ll conduct regular reviews with customers and ensure that they are satisfied. You’ll take advantage of any opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our client’s telecommunications products. 

Specifically, your other duties will involve: 

- Answering customers’ queries and resolving any issues 
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle 
- Providing sales support to the Senior Sales Team 
- Generating quotes and orders 

Interested? To be considered, you must have previous customer service and/or sales experience. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is also key. 

As a Junior Account Manager, you must be highly motivated and self-sufficient with excellent communication skills. Organised and dedicated, you must also have a strong customer focus and a team player mentality. 

A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial to your application.
