Excellent opportunities not to be missed! Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Distribution Manager to join their team based in South Wales. In return they are offering their Distribution Manager a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a high quality provider of transport solutions in the South Wales and runs a varied fleet of tractor units, rigids and trailers.
They are currently looking for an experienced Distribution Manager in order to manage and plan the delivery of their clients products to its customers around the UK utilising a dedicated fleet of vehicles.
To be successful as their Distribution Manager you will have a detailed knowledge of routing multi-drop vehicles and preferably have previous experience of scheduling packages such as Paragon.
You will be required to identify and pursue continuous improvements to the loading and planning process and work with the customers team to implement new procedures.
Skills required as their Distribution Manager:
- Strong IT skills (including Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
