We are looking for a highly skilled, and customer focused, Team Leader with supported living experience, to support a residential service to develop.  Experience in social and/or health care services is essential. You will need to work flexibly, line manage a team and deputise in absence of service manager so experience of managing a team is essential. Ideal candidates will have, or will be working towards a QCF Level 3, or equivalent, in social care or extensive experience of working with people with physical and/or learning disabilities.

Your role as the Team Leader will be supporting the Service in all aspects of a high quality personalised service that contributes to Scope’s strategy “Changing Society”.

As the Team Leader, you will be working as part of the management team to manage and develop the service offered to individuals in accordance with their preferences and needs.
