We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our service reception and parts team. You will have excellent customer service skills along with proven sales ability and ideally some knowledge of parts. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but a willing, hardworking and reliable personality is more important to us. Some technical knowledge of Motorcycles would be an advantage.

You will be a customer service champion and understand and buy into the importance of delivering exceptional customer service at all times

This is a busy and demanding role that requires both a confident and professional approach.

- Ensuring that all customers are our priority - you will welcome them into the department putting them at ease and ensuring that their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
Assisting with workshop diary bookings
- Customer service follow up calls
Invoicing all completed jobs and processing payments
- Assisting the team in all administration tasks
Accurate booking in of stock and preparation for delivery to the shop floor
Assisting with parts enquiries for both internal and external customers

Salary / Hours of Work
- 16,000 to 20,000 depending on skills and experience
- 40 hours over 5 days
- Alternate Saturdays with day off during the week
