This provider of investment management services has a vacancy for a Secretary to join the Guildford office for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office's Investment Managers, Assistant Investment Managers and Investment Assistants.

The job holder will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the office. They will provide secretarial and administrative support including diary management, coordinating client meetings, answering the telephone (including covering for other company offices), general filing and dealing with the post.

Other duties include maintaining all client files and databases, preparation and distribution of the client reviews, ordering stationary, overseeing housekeeping, attending secretarial meetings and assisting the Health and Safety Coordinator with any health and safety duties where required.

The job holder is likely to be educated to GCSE Level and have similar business experience. They will also hold as a minimum, the RSA Level 3 or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding attention to detail and time management skills are essential. It is essential that the candidate has advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially with regards to Microsoft Word.
