Overview:

A commercially focused and detail-orientated eCommerce Executive is required to assist with day to day activiteis of our e-commerce site and marketplaces.
We are small but growing organization with great potential to grow and learn with business.

Main responsibilities will include:

Manage, maintain and update ecommerce platfroms (Magento, Amazon & Ebay) inc. uploading products, image editign, writing product descriptions when necessary, category management and creation of landing pages
Dealing with Suppliers to ensure the availability of correct data for new purchases/ products
Rasing purchase orders
Process refunds, returns and stock management
Running paid campaigns on Amazon and Google
Be aware of revenue targets set and assist the team in achieving goals
Assist in other day-to-day ad hoc problems quickly and efficiently
Analysing activity to ensure optimum ROI and reporting back to the line manager
Other tasks as and when required by the business

Skills required:

Knowledge of Magento and Photoshop
Highly organized - must be detail orientated, able to multi-task, knows how to prioritise and anticipate issues
Quick learner who is able to work independently
Team Player - works towards shared goal, supports the team, works together to get the best outcome
Hands on and flexible approach with a 'Can do' attitude and enthusiastic
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Desire for personal development through continuous learning

Beneficial but no essential skills:

Knowledge of Channel Advisor
HTML and CSS
