Work Based Learning (WBL) Assessor (Welsh Medium)

Operational:
 Support the delivery and assessment of learning.
 Ensure compliance with curriculum best practice and quality targets.
 Contribute to curriculum develop to meet local and national priorities.
 Ensure safeguarding of learners and staff.
 Ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained in line with data protection and agreed policies.
 Compliance with agreed policies and procedures.
 Timely and accurate recording and record keeping of all starts, progression and completions.
 Participate in continual professional development activities to ensure skills and qualifications are in line with sector best practice.
 Work in conjunction with stakeholders to ensure the learner is supported throughout their qualification.
 Plan, lead and develop the curriculum area within the team to ensure compliance and work with appropriate Essential Skills tutors to ensure integration and progression towards ESW targets.
 Lead in delivery and accreditation of learner-focused provision.
