An Administration Assistant is required to join a leading provider of marketing services.

They have provided a range of marketing services for over 20 years. Predominantly servicing the property industry, the company has expanded to offer a variety of marketing, digital, printed material and energy services.

They have over 100 employees based in the UK and South Africa. This includes 70 people nationally, providing estate agents with detailed floor plans, professional photography, Energy Performance Certificates and property inventories. They require an Administration Assistant to join the Head Office client/production liaison team to support their growing client base.

Duties to Include:

- Providing administrative support to the team of Account Managers
- Providing a high level of customer service to the client base
- Providing administrative support on the management system including editing order details, booking appointments, etc.
- Managing and resolving issues received from the client base, liaising with the Account Managers, production dept. and field staff
- Managing the department's incoming and outgoing post
- Data entry and checking
- General administration tasks

Experience Required:

- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS Office
- Must be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not essential

Salary: £15,000 to £17,000 dependent on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
