Our client is a multi-national manufacturer and provider of electrical services and equipment. They are known as one of the most renowned companies in their industry.
Your role will be to provide Customer Support and Service regarding all enquiries, deliveries and administration. You will also be required to proactively seek out new sales opportunities from new and existing customers with help from your Managers.
- Effectively answer all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner at all times
- Act as primary Sales contact for all Electrical customers
- Provide customers with information regarding orders, products, stock, deliveries and services to support the Electrical Sales Team and Sales Representatives
- Manage and process daily orders for Electrical accounts
- Contact new and existing customers to promote awareness of products, promotions, services and all other opportunities
- Contact existing customers to verify deliveries, stock and take replenishment orders
- Generate, qualify and follow-up sales leads through telemarketing/cold calling/advertising/exhibitions/etc..
- Work closely with the Business Managers to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Target potential customers through Account Profiling
- Manage customer complaints as and when needed and escalate to the Customer Service Manager if need be
- Provide internal support when required
- Keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients
- Provide all services in accordance with company policies
- Travel to exhibitions & events or visit customers when required
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Fluent in German and/or French (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience within a Customer Service/Internal Sales/Telesales/Telemarketing role – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar industry (Electrical) – DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or similar – ADVANTAGEOUS
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages
- Team player & able to work without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strongly motivated & proactive with a professional manner
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and able to work under pressure
£18,000 - £22,000 pa
