Are you bright, motivated and passionate about Outdoor Learning?

f so we have an Exciting New Opportunity to join our Guest Services Team as a Guest Services Administrator.

Responsible for supporting the guest journey from enquiry to visit and beyond, as Guest Services Administrator you will work with group leaders, individuals and families to ensure all visitors gain the most from their visit and enjoy the best possible experience.

The successful candidate will need to have:

•    Previous Sales or Customer Services Experience
•    A Friendly Professional Manner & Can Do Attitude
•    Good Workload Management and an Ability to Multi-task

Ideally candidates will also have done some scheduling or programme organisation, or have worked in a school environment to understand the benefits of outdoor learning residential experiences.

What we will offer you:

•    Salary £16,000 pa
•    37.5 Hours per week
•    27 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Activity Centre provides outdoor learning opportunities and adventure activities and we are open 7 days a week and are fully operational 50 weeks of the year, so evening and weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
