Our client is a supply chain consolidator who focus on the product & service cost savings for all clients. They are one of the UK???s largest B2B providers of business services.

Due to rapid expansion and to meet their plans for growth, they are looking to recruit an HR & Compliance Officer. This is a full-time position and will pay between ??22,000 to ??27,000 per annum depending on experience. This role would suit a candidate with some HR experience but also a keen interest in processes and administration, with a view to expanding the role and possibly working towards a professional qualification.

Job role:
??? Administration (absence and probation diary management, recruitment logistics, organising paperwork, courses and diaries)
??? Administration and project management of the company???s quality standards
??? Ensuring First Aid, Fire Warden and other legal compliance qualifications remain up-to-date
??? Diary management for the Director of Service, working on projects to make sure he is kept on track with his day to day responsibilities
??? The production and control of Customer and Supplier Agreement documents
??? Some diary management and other ad-hoc admin tasks for the three Company Directors who spend a lot of time on the road

Skills Required:
??? Numerate and Literate
??? IT literate and competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate or advanced Excel skills would also be a distinct advantage)
??? Experience on Sage HR or other Sage applications, not essential, but would be an advantage
??? Some HR experience
??? Very process and detail oriented
??? Ability to manage own workload and to work to tight deadlines
??? Must be able to work independently or as part of the team
??? The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
